Vietnamese noodle salad is a refreshing and light dish that combines a variety of vibrant flavors and textures. This salad features vermicelli rice noodles topped with a medley of fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and grilled proteins such as beef, pork, or chicken. The dish is typically dressed with a garlic or fish sauce which perfectly ties together the freshness of the ingredients. Request some jalapenos for a spicy kick and enjoy a traditional noodle salad at Lotus Banh Mi!
