1. How far in advance should I place a catering order?
We recommend placing your catering order at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Larger or custom orders may require additional notice. For short-notice requests, please contact the restaurant directly to check availability.
2. Is there a minimum order for catering?
No, there is no minimum order required for catering. You can order based on your group size and needs.
3. Do you offer delivery, and what areas do you serve?
Absolutely! We have several locations in and around Chicago, Northbrook, Oakbrook, and Naperville. Please select your preferred location and delivery/pickup time when placing your order in addition to your address, and our system will let you know whether you are in range.
4. How many people does each tray or box serve?
Typically, small trays feed 4-6 people and large trays feed 8-12 people. Please see the catering menu for the most accurate information by dish. If you’re unsure how much to order, the team can help you choose the right quantities based on your group size. We’re always ready to answer any questions you may have, whether via email or by phone.
5. Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes, Lotus Banh Mi offers several vegetarian options (such as tofu) and items that can accommodate different dietary preferences. 7. What comes in a banh mi catering box?
Each banh mi box includes 5 full sandwiches (cut into 10 halves). Sandwiches are individually prepared and easy to share, making them ideal for office lunches and group events. You can choose a single protein or an assorted option.
8. Is the food ready to serve at pickup?
Yes, catering items are packaged for convenience and are ready to serve upon pickup. Trays are designed for easy group serving, and banh mi are prepared for immediate enjoyment.
